This is a really awesome board... Not only is there a forum for PR, but there are also forums for Digimon and Sailor Moon. It's awesome. There are also forums of Nickelodeon shows, WB shows and "other" forums. You can also change screen names whenever you want. You also get your own custom title after your 4th post. And "Polls have a max of 127 choices.

UPDATE:

Guests can view a few boards but they are blocked from posting. There's user validation. As well as a validation forum, in case, there are any problems at all when validating your account. Once you're a registered user, you'll be able to see all the forums except for the Staff Only and the Baseball All Star Break's forums. There is also a Forum Request. And there's pretty much no forum that the Admin will reject.
