Due the exhausting battle, the Rangers received a day leave from ECO and they spent the rest of the day at Surfers Hill. Sitting messily around the living room, each one of them holds an ice bag, and put it at their bruised body parts. Nick was quiet despite feels some pain, and he keep thinking about Mark, and figures out how to stop him.
Phobius seems happy with the latest development, and thinks the rivalry would benefit his side after all. All his followers also think the same way too. In the meantime, Cactura introduced his new monster that is kept inside the capsule before, Pitcher Pan (a pitcher plant-type monster). It is ready for action, and Phobius indicates he would send it when the time comes.
Next morning, Neutron Squad resumes their duty at CoastBase. However, they later noticed that Nick did not report in after the time he promised, after being asked by Captain Bates who meet them inside the operation room. While the others try to get some idea where he goes, Alexis knows he has gone somewhere else, and quietly becomes the most concern people among them.
Mark is walking alongside a crowd-less beach, and while watching the blue sea he ponders himself for what he did so far. Somehow, Nick who wears a casual pair of denim and shirt has found him, and he bravely confronts him, indicates that his brother is not like this. The former said it makes no difference even if he was someone else, and he is much worse than anybody can think. Interested to see the truth, Nick challenges him for a fight with both of them transform into the Power Ranger. He accepts it; they immediately transform into Blue Ranger and Ace Ranger respectively, and dashed towards each other to start the battle.
Inside the mansion of Surfers Hill, Jeffrey has just finished a routine housekeeping, and he is having a rest inside his bedroom. He picks a photo album of his family from the rack, and takes a brief look on each photo. As he came across the picture of Mark and Nick, he instantly remembered back their days start from the day they are born, until the death of their parents. Unlike most elder ones, Mark is not protective towards hid younger brother and shows a bit of rebellious attitude, instead of not being very friendly with people. Nick on the other side, shows the opposites and always become the funny one in the family. He realise the current attitude of the former has hardly changed since his childhood, and knows only moments can tell when he will become a good person.
Despite being weakened before by the previous battle, the duo shows no signs to backing off. Instead they are determined to defeat each other. For Mark, the victory will warn Neutron Squad about his superiority, while for Nick, he just want to pull his brother out from his wrong vision toward humans. After unable to beat each other single-handedly, they unleashed their weapon. In this case, Mark with Spark Lance and Nick with his Plasma Sabre.
Jessica detected an unusual tussle at the beach, and she immediately informs Neutron Squad and Captain Bates about the progress. The monitor then displays the battle between the Davies Brothers, which shocked all people inside the operation room. Alexis has expected this before, and she knows Nick did not seeking for any trouble. Edward wants to interfere, but she blocks him and point out it is a family matter between them. Therefore the best way is they should only probe them from far. Captain approves the view, and commands them to observe the battle only, and reminds them to try avoiding any interference in the clash. Understand the order, Edward and Sarah moves out from CoastBase with a SUV, while Andy and Alexis board the two-seated ECO Meteor plane to observe the encounter from the air. Inside the plane, the latter became anxious about the outcome towards Nick, as she did not want him to get hurt by any means.
The battle continues, with Nick tries to slash Mark, but the latter managed to blocks the attack and swiftly counters back by hitting his legs to slips him down. Not giving up yet, he generates laser from the sabre’s blade, and quickly sends Beam Sabre attack. Looking on the action, Mark strikes a Liqiudator attack through his Spark Baton. Both strikes hit each other at the middle of them, and create the same outcome as before; a huge explosion on the air, throws both of them backwards, and they automatically unmorphed with a weakened body.
Shortly, the foursome arrives at the nearby place and saw their friend was faded on the sand. Alexis wants to help but she knows she can do nothing as the order instructs everybody to back off from the battle. Edward reports the latest condition to Captain, and he again stressed them not to approach the place at whatever cost. Meanwhile, both of them are still struggling to recover, and did not understand each other. Nick keep insisted that humans are not that bad as his brother portrayed. However, according to Mark, if they were like that, then he would not be like now and earth will be a lot safer than the way it is today.
Suddenly, Pitcher Pan appears at the place to surprise the siblings, which might well surprised the others who observe the place too. The monster said the fight is really exciting, and it is here too add some spice into it. Despite weak, they are determined to fight it, and immediately morphed into the Rangers. Looking on the situation, Edward requests permission from Captain Bates to join the upcoming fight but again, he stressed them not to interrupt them, and they wait and see first before taking further action.
Nick is the first to attack with his Plasma Sabre, but even before he managed to slash the monster, he was being knocked by it through a sprouted leaf branch. Mark immediately continues the strike with Spark Sword but the same leaf branch clutches his right hand, which hold the weapon and unrelenting grip releases the thing from his grab. This continues with a smash on his chest, and it sends him way to the back.
Looking on the situation, Captain finally abandoned his previous order, and commands the quartet to help their friend. Edward and Sarah quickly runs toward the monster and morphed into Red and Yellow Ranger respectively. Andy and Alexis meanwhile, set their Meteor plane into the autopilot mode first, eject themselves out, and transform into Green and Pink Ranger respectively. They regrouped at the beach, helped Nick to recover, and lined up against the terrifying monster. Edward warns it will be the last time the monster ever hurting their friend, but it did not feel threatened by the caution.
