I'm starting Power Rangers Aura over from the beggining. As I was re-reading some of the episodes I wrote, I realized that the whole thing was entirely too rushed and that Tommy and Adam didn't exactly sound quite like Tommy and Adam, and then after seeing 2 Fast 2 Furious I wanted Devon Aoki to be a Ranger and I know I was confusing everyone...so, rather than having my stuff continue to reek of sucktitude, I've decided to, as I said, start Power Rangers over from the beginning.
So, I've come up with an almost new concept...
Centuries and centuries ago, the Thunderstrykers were a peaceful people, using there mystical energies to help humanity and ensure that peace would reign surpreme. But as wars between the human race broke out, a group of Thunderstrykers seperated from the tribe and began using dark magic to reek havoc on the humans. The Thunderstrykers tried their hardest to subdue this new group, who infused their blood with dragons blood, but these "Dragon Bloods" were simply to powerful.
The most powerful Thunderstryker sorceress, Morena, was nearly killed in a battle when must of her tribe was destroyed. Then Zordon of Eltare intervined, placing Morena into a deep sleep.
Centuries later, in the 1970's, Morena reawakened from her slumber when Zordon recruited her and two other teenagers to be Live Force Rangers. After imprisoning Ivan Ooze and Rita Repulsa, Morena renamed herself Maureen, hoping to forget her past life...
Maureen and Blake Ortega, the Red Live Force Ranger, eventually got married and had four children-two sets of twins. But Zordon warned her that that the spirit of the Dragon Bloods would soon return and seek revenge on her children. Maureen took drastic measures- she put three of them in the care of three different people on three different planets-Thomas Antonio up for adoption, Veronica Hope to Triforia and Maria Grace to the Kerovan planet of KO-35. She kept her one daughter-Thomas' twin-Leticia Joy. In this manner, she hoped, the people of the planet, and more importantly, her family, would be safe.
Until Rita Repulsa returned, and altered the destiny of Thomas Antonio Ortega-today known as Tommy Oliver.
Now, in the year 2003, Tommy Oliver reunites with other former Ranger Adam Park. But now, the revenge of the Dragon Bloods has manifested itself in the form of Maureen's daughter Maria. After she smashes the Orb of Time in a attempt to reveal her mothers true age, six are chosen-including Leticia- to become AuraRangers, to stop the threat. But will this mean having to destroy a family member for the safety of the universe?
Only time will tell....
