I may be wrong here (it's just a guess), but I think Storm Warrior may be suggesting a "C2D" type situation, where we cut to different scenes of different Rangers fighting evil from all over, as opposed to a direct team-up between everyone.

You can use the Solar Storm Rangers again. But don't put them at the end like you did in the team-up.

You could use Element Force if you wanted.

You could also use Zodiac (BR info is all in a thread a little furthur down the page ;) )

Shadow returns and reveals his true form. He takes over the Dome, forcing the Rangers and cilvians to leave. He creates a group of Mega-Mutants that spread aroud the universe to conquer it. All of the Power Rangers availbe take a stand to try and save the universe. In the end, only one will have the power to stop Shadow......
