Act One
Scene One
Setting: The forest below the Amethyst Mountains
Keyona is seen practicing a few swift karate moves in
a forest below the Amethyst Mountains. She wore a
White tank top, black sweatpants, with a black belt
with 2 silver strips on the ends. She then stops
suddenly as if she senses something or someone behind
her. At that moment Lamont walks into the scene wearing
dark blue sweatpants, a black jacket with a dark blue
shirt underneath, and blue on white Nikes. The both of
them just stare at each other for a few moments.
Keyona: Why are you following me?
Lamont: No, it's just that...
Keyona (interrupting him): The last time you did that
I kicked you in the face. Imagine my surprise when
that happened.
Lamont: How could I forget? That was how the both of
us met.
Keyona: You did forget though, new town, new friends,
new school, not to mention that girl from the beach,
Lamont: About that?
Keyona: As I said I really don't care, one way or the
other. You can sleep with every girl in this town if
you want to.
Keyona then to the surprise of both Lamont and herself
kissed Lamont on the cheek.
Lamont: Why did you do that?
Keyona (thinking): That's what I would like to know,
I'm supposed to destroy him and the other warriors.
(outloud) Nothing at all Monty.
Lamont: Watch it Key, or I'm gonna call you Onna.
Keyona: Don't you dare.
Lamont: I have to go, I'll catch you around....Onna.
As Lamont leaves Keyona smirks evilly and shakes her
head.
Keyona (thinking): Get a hold of yourself Key, he's the
enemy and it's your job, your destiny, to destroy him
and the other warriors.
(Opening Credits)
Act 2
Scene 1
Setting: Emerald Cove Park
Aleia, Jamal, Nichole, Alisha, and Terrence were in the park setting
a table ready for a picnic. To them it was a time for them to really
do something together, as a team. Jamal wore baggy red basket ball
shorts, black Nikes, and a Chicago Bulls t-shirt, on his left wrist
was his red communicator and his earring in his left ear. He was seen
throwing a football to Terrence who wore a black cutoff shirt, black
shorts, and black Reeboks, he also had his earring on and his black
communicator on his left wrist. The two had huge smiles on their
faces as they tossed the ball back and forth.
Aleia had her long brown hair down, she wore a fitted white top, gray
sweatpants, and white shoes. She helped Alisha and Nichole set the
table. Nichole wore what looked like a white shorts bra, but it was
more like a tanktop, her navel showed and she wore a cute bellyring,
over the tank was a yellow hooded jacket and she wore matching yellow
pants and white shoes. Her hair was up in a high ponytail and she had
a strand of hair on the side, she had small golden hooped earrings in
her ears. Alisha wore a fitted pink hooded shirt and dark blue jeans
with white and pink shoes. She had diamond studs in her ears and her
hair was braided. Both Nichole and Alisha wore their communicators.
They were setting the table and then they looked up to watch Jamal
and Terrence. Alisha saw Terrence catch a pass and then do the
silliest dance she had ever saw.
Alisha (giggling): Why is Tee so silly?
Nichole (smiling): You just answered your own question Alisha, that's
just Terrence being Terrence.
Aleia then took some apples out and smirked at Alisha.
Aleia: Well what I wanna know is when did you get your hair braided?
Nichole: Yeah girl, it look good, I've never seen you braided up
before.
Alisha (smiles and touches hair): Yall really think so? I wanted to
try something different.
Aleia: Well it's workin (smirks)
Jamal: Aight, get ready for the long bomb!!
Jamal then through the ball so fast Terrence couldn't even catch it.
Terrence: Dang!! Jamal!!
Jamal (laughing): Go get it boy, I'll be here.
Terrence then sighs, shakes his head, and runs towards the ball.
Jamal walks toward the table and begins to touch the chicken but
Nichole slaps his hand.
Jamal: Ouch!! What you do that for?
Nichole: None for you until Terrence comes back and Lamont gets here.
Jamal: You didn't have to hit me Nick.
Aleia: How you eat (smiles) she should have used her sun stone.
Jamal (looking at Aleia): Ha Ha very funny.
The girls began to giggle at him.
Scene 2
Setting: Another part of the Park
Lamont is seen walking in the park with his hands in his pockets.
Lamont (thinking): Man, I'm running late (sighs) I hope they don't
think down on me.
Lamont continued to walk with his hands in his pockets looking down
and kicking up sand, he seriously felt bad about how he treated the
others and he really wanted to be on the team. As he was walking he
saw Charisse leaning against a tree with her arms folded. Her hair
was down and she wore tight leather pants, a black halter top, and
black boots, she smiles seductivly at him and Lamont sighs and shakes
his head.
Lamont: Hi Charisse.
Charisse: Hey Lamont (she walked up towards him and licks her lips
and fingers his chest) you in the mood for a quickie?
Lamont: Look, I'm not like that anymore, I've changed.
Charisse (smiles seductively): Awwwww come on baby (puts her hand in
his shirt and began to rub his chest) it'll be fun (talks softly)
I'll work you out harder.
Lamont gets slightly pissed and takes her arm with his hand and pushes her
away.
Lamont: Go and have sex with your boyfriend, I aint wit that crap no
more.
He pushes her out the way slightly and makes his way towards the
others.
Charisse has a "Oh no he didn't" look on her face.
Charisse: Oh you got yourself in some deep shit now little boy.
She walks away and just vanishes.
Scene 3
Setting: Emerald Cove Park/With the others
The table has been set and they are ready to eat.
Nichole (looking at her watch): Ok I'm starting to have my doubts
about Lamont.
Jamal: Chill out Nicky, he'll show up, look Terrence isn't even back
yet.
Alisha: Jamal's right, let's give him a chance.
Nichole (sighs): Ok.
Soon Lamont walks up towards the table.
Aleia: Hey Lamont.
Lamont (smirks a little): Hey, everybody, sorry I'm late.
Jamal: It's alright man (puts his hand on his shoulder) we wouldn't
start without all our friends here.
This makes Lamont smile.
Nichole: Well we still can't eat, all our friends aren't here, where is
Terrence?
Terrence: Right here.
He was walking towards the others with branches and leaves all over
his body which he was brushing off.
Alisha (laughing): What happened to you?
Terrence: Well the ball was in this huge bush, it took me a while to
get it (he tosses the ball to Lamont and he catches it) let's grub.
Jamal (smiles and laughs): Come on yall.
They all walk towards the table and begin to attack the food.
