Ace Ranger is the sixth Ranger of Power Rangers Neutron Squad, initially designed by ECO as the possible addition to the squad. Like everyone expected, Mark is the person who assumed the power. ECO has opted blue-silver as the colours, which causes quite a stir with Blue Neutron Ranger that has a blend of blue-white colour (very much like Red Time Force Ranger and Quantum Ranger, as both predominantly red).
The power sourced from Acelerator, a bracelet that said by many to have much more power than Servo Flashers. The centrepiece has a blue crystal and together it takes the shape of curved triangle. Like Servo Flasher, it has self-disappearing function and only appears when needed.
Its morphing sequence starts with Mark puts his right hand vertically after a blue light flashes over the wrist, displaying his Acelerator. The pair of wings behind its centrepiece springs open, and spins 180 degrees in position. Then blue ray emits to the upward, and its centrepiece flashes another bright light. At the same time he screams a loud “ACE!!!”, and then punches both hands over his head with three levels of light coming downwards to form his suit. First one outlined the pattern in lasers, the second forms the suits, and the third forms his headgear. He puts his hands down and the transformation has finished.
The only weapon of Ace Ranger is Spark Baton- versatile equipment that appears when needed and able to transform into lance (Spark Lance), laser sword (Spark Sword), harpoon (Spark Harpoon), ninja stick (Spark Spinner), and baton itself. Even though it can unleash powerful laser shoots in the baton mode, Ace Ranger has other extraordinary ability to create various laser-based attacks and most of the strikes can be combined with the weapon to create better effect. Due to this capability as well as possessing exceptional physical elements, many regard him to be very much like an Ultraman than a Power Ranger- just without ability to fly. However he cannot use this advantage too often as it could drains his power and energy in a brief time, depends on type and intensity of each attack formed. Thus in most time, he relies on Spark Baton while using such skill in desperate moments.
