Awesome find! I hope they don't jack up the price of it too much. Imported Jap merchandise are always overpriced in my neck of Australia.

I don't even know where to get Japanese imports in my town (Perth). Lucky find mate.

Wow, awesome find. I keep trying to get the Lost Galaxy Red statue in town but they are refusing to sell it. They say its one of the origionals and has been with the store over 20 years... yeah no amount of telling them will pursuade them its not that old. I just want it and I'm watching it slowly be destroyed, everytime I go past there is a new chip of paint missing, makes me sad.

Lost Galaxy came out in 1999 (Gingaman in 1998). Just over ten years, not twenty. Clearly those guys have no clue what they're talking about.

Yeah, I know. Try telling them that though, they are very rude as well. I don't think they think I'm serious when I ask about it.

lol show them upfront your money, and a hell shit of gingaman/lg reference and episodes proving the date is not so old.

lol I may try that when I have some money again (just upgraded my phone to an iphone 4, good job too because my old one failed the day I got it). They can't deny a fan a Ranger statue for too long : D. I have no idea where I would put it though, it would either end up in the spare room or the front room, hopefully the spare room. Everyone doesn't need to see my Ranger obsession.

ok i went back into the store and now they have 2 of them! they had it labeled as a "1970's Transformer Shop Display Item" and was priced at $1700AU. i made sure to correct them its correct age and origins and they were thankful. hopefully means they change the tag on it and MAYBE reduce the price lol

Wow that is really awesome. You say it's full size, so do you think it is wearable or is it solid? Either way, it's amazing!!!

Those puppies are solid, but if one had the balls, one could cut it up and make it wearable :)
