Power Rangers: Holy Knights
Episode One.
The rain was pouring down onto the town of Hetchford, Colorado.
Sitting under an awning type structure, sat a girl. She was dressed in black jeans, a purple tank top, black fishnet undershirt, and black converse. She looks up as a car pulls into the parking lot in front of her.
As the car parked, a boy stepped out, into the rain. He was wearing black jeans, a black shirt, and brown boots. He walked over to the girl, getting soaked from the pouring rain. As he walked over to her, the girl got up and smiled.
“Took you long enough to get here.” said the girl. The boy laughed and stretched his arms out in a hug, as he answered, “It was a long drive.” The girl returned the hug, holding him tight, “I’ve missed you so much, Garrett.” she said. The boy smiled, “Ziggity, I missed you too.” Ziggity looked up at Garrett and smiled.
“What?” he said.
She responded, “Nothing, it’s just that you’re amazing.”
Thje rain started to pour down harder. Garrett moved away from the hug to look at the sky. He turned back to Ziggity, “Get your stuff,” he said motioning to her bag on the picnic table, “We have a place to go.”
“And where would that be?” she asked.
“You’ll find out, come on, we have to go.” He motioned to the car. They waled to his car together. As they got in the car, a lightning bolt flashed in the sky.
Zigity jumped, “That was really close.” Garrett nodded his head.
“Yeah, we better go.” he said as he started up the car.
He drove to the Valley Mall. As he pulled into the parking lot, Ziggity looked over at him and asked,
“What are we doing at the mall?”
Garrett smiled as he parked the car, “Well I was going to wait until we were there, but I guess it won’t hurt if I tell you now,” he looked at her smiling, “I remember how you say you want to go to a Masquerade Ball.”
Ziggity looked at him questionably, “You’re not going to saying what I think you’re saying are you?”
Garrett laughed, “If you think that I’m going to say that I’m here to buy you a dress, then yeah, you’re right.”
Ziggity let out a happy squeak and hugged him, “You’re amazing!”
“So you’ve said.” he said laughing,
Garrett and Ziggity got out of the car and walked up to the entrance to the mall.
Holding the door open for Ziggity, they heard a shout. Looking up Garrett saw a strange creature. It looked like a person, wrapped in black leather, with small horns projecting from it’s head. It held a small short sword or a mace. There at least twenty of these creatures running around.
“What is that?!” Ziggity yelled.
“I don’t know, but they don’t look good, come on.” Garrett said grabbing Ziggity by the arm.
“Where are we going?” She asked
Garrett looked at her, “Away from those things.”
As he ran into the hallway, one of the creatures ran up behind him and grabbed his shirt. Yelling Garrett said, “Get away from here!” he let go of Ziggity’s arm and turned to face the creature, punching it in the face.
“Now!”
Several more of the creatures started coming at him, he started to fight them off. Trying to avoid the blades of the swords, he dodged. One of the creatures knocked him to the ground.
“Garrett!” Ziggity yelled running over to the fight.
She ran in front of Garrett and the creatures.
“I told you to get away from here.” he said panting.
She looked at him, “Not without you, besides I can take care of myself, I’ve taken karate for five years.”
She helped him to his feet.
“Well, get ready then.” Garrett said.
They both got into a defensive stance, back to back, as the creatures surrounded them.
Just as the creatures raised their blades a blast came out of nowhere, forcing Garrett and Ziggity to close their eyes.
“Hey Ayporoses!” came a voice.
Opening their eyes Ziggity and Garrett saw three people in front of them.
All of them clad in spandex looking clothing, and a helmet.
“Who are you people?” Garrett asked.
The person in the pink uniform turned to him and said, “We’re the Power Rangers.”
