Something has been bothering me for a long time about the jungle fury line. We have great sculpted figures, and no damn weapons. I'm not just talking about the jungle claws,but the individual aux weapons.
A week or so ago I started toying around with an idea, but then our internet kept going down and I got pneumonia, so i got side tracked. Now that I'm feeling better, I'm going to lay an idea out and see how much support it can get.
What we would need is someone that can either carve or sculpt a set of aux weapons, and not using the stuff that some customizers use to make figures,that stuff just ends up looking like crap IMO. I forget who did the oysterizer and sergeant cannon figs, but whatever they used should be ideal. I'm hoping we can make a set that could easily be confused with legitimate weapons.
We would also need a prop maker to recast the molds once done, spectar did a great job recasting my alien ranger weapons, so hopefully he can help out again.
Now I'm a pretty good artist, but my skills lay mainly in drawing and painting, not sculpting. but if no one else can offer to sculpt, I'll give it my best shot. I did a quick run through and quickly found out a wire frame is going to be required, but the shark saber turned out okay for a 3 minute test run,no details though, which i have a feeling is going to be the ass kicker.
Would anyone be interested in this, or am I alone in wanting these? I'm not sure what would end up being charged, but I would hope it wouldn't go over 20 for a set of shark sabers, jungle mace,jungle fans,and 3 jungle claws. Depending on if the rhino comes with a rhino blade, we might need to make one of them too.
