This is a little fanfic i decided to make up. There isn't really anything made up to this story, except a new henshin device that is sort of like Kamen Rider Den-O, so I'll copyright the idea to them. Also, i use people from both American and Japanese versions of Sentai, just cause i liked some over the others, and vice versa. Two American people i will mainly use are Andrew Hartford and Tommy Oliver, the rest will possibly be from sentai. Also, this will be half spoiler, because I'll be using EngineMan, the train engines and a rumored 13th carrier engine... so, yea... if that's a problem, I'll take this down.
The plot goes as follows: Hiramechimedes found out about how Sosuke had traded bodies with that one Bankijyu(forgot its name). Well, he then devised a device that allowed him to separate the souls of the Go-ongers, and used it against them. Now in a struggle to get them back, a new team of rangers is formed.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter 1: Gaiarc Wins?!
“Ahahahahaa... You Go-ongers have finally been defeated.” Hiramechimedes called out as he lowered a mantangun, except it was altered greatly. “I don’t know why I didn’t think of this in the first place. That fool Yogostein should have mentioned that day before now.” He looked over at the eight ongers that lay upon the ground, struggling to get up but from the fierce battle, they couldn’t. Their suits were slightly torn in different places. “Your precious engines won’t be able to help you now.”
Each onger checked their belt for their engine souls, but they were gone. They looked up and saw a bankijyu that had exhaust pipes on his back pointing back at a slanted angle; there were also wheels on his legs and on his wrists. He held up his hands and showed off all twelve engine souls. “That was too easy... hehee... speed.” The bankijyu placed the souls into a bag.
“Now...precious ongers, it is time to say goodbye.” Hiramechimedes raised the mantangun and aimed it at Go-On Red first. Pulling the trigger fired a beam of white light at the onger. When it connected, Go-On Red glowed white and then the glow disappeared as his human body lay flat on the ground and a red soul lay next to him.
“What have you done?!” Go-On Yellow yelled at the vice-minister, the rest of the go-ongers looking at their leader.
“Simple. I used the blue prints of your mantangun and modified it with the knowledge that a human’s soul can separate from its body. So... this mantangun is a soul catcher gun... and I’ll take all of your souls.” Hiramechimedes now aimed the gun at Go-On Blue and shot him as well. Then he moved to Go-On Yellow.
Nearby and perfectly out of site, Bomper watched in horror as each Go-Onger was reduced to nothing more than a human body and a colored soul, cowering back behind the corner. “This is bad...without the ongers Hiramechimedes will be able to take over the world easily. He peeked around the corner and watched as Engineman was reduced to a soul and body as well, before Speed Banki picked up the souls and then returned to the vice-minister.
Hiramechimedes took the bag containing the engine souls and tossed them into the air, with a shot of the gun, the bag exploded. Though, to his unknowing, instead of destroying the engine souls, he managed to scatter them over the world. Luckily, Speedor’s soul landed right at Bomper’s feet, which the little robot picked it up and hid. “Let’s go Speed Banki. I have a plan for these souls.”
“But... but Hiramechimedes, what are you going to do about the bodies?” Speed banki asked in a slightly quickened voice. “Surely you don’t plan to just leave them there.”
Hiramechimedes shrugged a bit and turned to look at the bodies. “There’s nothing that can be done with soulless bodies. They’ll probably just rot away...” With that, the vice-minister turned around and disappeared along with the Bankijyu.
When the coast was clear, Bomper picked up Speedor’s soul and rushed over to the fallen onger’s bodies. “This is bad...” Bomper went back to the bus and managed to drive it around to the bodies and hopped out. “It’s a good thing we’re in America though. Hmm...” He picked up a device and searched through it. “Ah, Dr. Hartford should be able to help.” Dialing the number, he had a quick chat. Suddenly a black light and a white light appeared.
“We’re here to help Bomper.” The black abaranger spoke as he kneeled down to look at the bodies. “I brought Dr. Oliver with me to help. Dr. Hartford will be able to contain their bodies while we work to get their souls back.” He knelt down, picked up Sosuke and carried him to the bus.
Dr. Oliver, back in his original, white kibaranger suit, knelt down to pick up Ren, and carries him to the bus. “It’s been a while since I’ve worn this...but my dino commander device broke during our final battle.” He sighed and went back to pick up Hanto, and then Hiroto, while Asuka went back for Saki, then Gunpei, then Miu. Both finally went back and carried EngineMan onto the bus and Asuka sat down in the driver’s seat. He started it up and then drove it off to SGS Headquarters.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Upon arrival at SGS headquarters, Dr. Hartford was standing outside waiting with a stretcher to transport the humans one at a time, to a special chamber in the compound where they can monitor the Ongers and keep them safe. Asuka and Dr. Oliver loaded the stretcher with one body at a time, wheeling it into the compound, and wheeling the stretcher out for the next. When done, Asuka drove the bus into a garage/elevator and was lowered down. After reaching the ‘bottom level’, Dr. Oliver, Bomper and Asuka headed into the main area of SGS. Dr. Hartford was checking the large monitor, which displayed the vitals of each Onger. “Well... they’re in perfect condition... they just don’t have any souls. Their bodies will be fine.”
“That’s great!” Bomper exclaimed and jumped around a bit, before stopping and setting Speedor’s soul onto the table. “This was the only engine soul that we have...and only cause it landed at my feet.” The soul was picked up by Asuka and loaded into a container, soon after; Speedor’s soul was projected into the air.
“Woah... Luckily that blast didn’t destroy us.” The red condor/car looked around a bit and then noticed Bomper. “Hey Bomper... did you rescue me?” He asked.
“You managed to land at my feet during the explosion that sent the other eleven engines soaring all around the world.” Bomper said, half excited and half sad. He never would have thought the Ongers would have been defeated so easily, and especially before they managed to form Engine-O.
“Well, that’s good. Doru doru.” Speedor smiled and spun around a little bit. “So what are we going to do about the other Engines?” He looked towards Bomper, then Dr. Hartford.
Asuka spoke up, “We’ll first have to locate them...and then we can go find them. But, without the original Bouken rangers, it’s going to be even harder with just Dr. Oliver and me.” He sighed and punched an open palm.
Dr Hartford leaned against the computer console. “I could try and fix away for Speedor’s soul to unite with Sosuke’s body. It wouldn’t do a lot, but he would be able to henshin.” He thought a little, the spoke up, “I don’t think I’ll be able to enlist five more rangers...though Tyzonn might be able to help, so that’s three.”
Dr. Oliver looked at the floor as he thought. “There isn’t much we can do then. Gaiarc has won for now. The best we can do is keep them from making major advances. But if we managed to destroy a Bankijyu, Speedor can’t handle it by himself. And it takes more than just three rangers to pilot the Daibouken.”
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
The room fell silent as each one thought. There wasn’t much they could really do, Gaiarc had finally won, but for how long? Was it a full win, or was it just temporary? They wouldn’t know, with everything stretched thin, and only three active rangers, there wasn’t much they could do.
So, for the next six years, they managed to keep Gaiarc at bay. Dr. Oliver managed to recover the White Tiger mech that was hiding in a dormant volcano all this time. Asuka was able to get his Brachiosaur mech to help Dr. Oliver, though they still had a tough time because their two mechs were just barely strong enough to take on the new and more powerful Bankijyu. What was worse was that Gaiarc managed to invade the earth and take over Africa and parts of Europe, so they had built an Ugatz training facility, and a mechanical factory to produce their Dohma mechs, and some new kind of mech. On the other hand, Dr. Hartford managed to build a new henshin device, but it proved to be too powerful for Tyzonn, Dr. Oliver or Asuka to handle for more than about two hours, so they only used it as a last resort.
All hope was thought to be lost until one day, Dr. Oliver happened upon something interesting.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
“Big trouble! There are Ugatz attacking the park.” Bomper called out, his ‘ears’ flopping up and down, as well as his arms waving. “There are a bunch of civilians being held hostage!”
Dr. Oliver, who had just stepped into the office, hopped up onto the teleporter and gave Bomper a nod, “I’ll go help them, since Asuka has his hands full already.” He grabbed the newly designed henshin device and Speedor’s soul, just incase he needed it. After a few seconds, a pillar of light engulfed him and then faded as his body disappeared.
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
The Ugatz ran around, causing havoc as a select few watched over about ten civilian hostages they had. A new rank of Ugatz, the Ugatz commander, stood nearby as he watched his soldiers terrorize the humans. One of the hostages, in particular, had a look of determination on his face, trying to think of the best way to act to help get them out of this situation. The hostages weren’t exactly being held at gun point, or blade point, at that matter, so he could take them by surprise and down about three of them before they tried to act.
Dr. Oliver arrived near a tree and raised his morpher. “Henshin, White Kibaranger,” He called out as he donned a white suit with the gold vest, putting his helmet on. He then stood behind the tree and noted the area. There was a large number of Ugatz running around the park, one Ugatz commander and no Dohma mech. “This shouldn’t be too hard,” He whispered to himself as then rushed at two Ugatz not paying attention, and slashed them down quick. Not a good idea, that was, since it alerted every over Ugatz to his position. He cursed under his breath as he dodged laser fire and then slashed at the closest Ugatz, before ducking under another Ugatz’s kick. Soon, he was surrounded by about eight of them, dodging kicks, punches, laser fire and returning the same. This small group fight lasted a good hour, Dr. Oliver managing to take down a good number of Ugatz, before the commander decided to step in. He surprised the kibaranger with a drop kick, which knocked the new henshin device away from Dr. Oliver, and sending it only to land near the hostages.
Nearby, a dark figure watched the scuffle in the park, smirking a little. “Guess I should make my appearance.” The figure then jumped and seemed to vanish in thin air. While the battle was still going on, with Dr. Oliver winning, until an explosion sent him flying back a few feet and the dark figure appeared. “Such a nuisance you are, white kibaranger.” The figure said as it walked towards him, wearing a darkened yellow suit, resembling the Onger’s suit. The figure spoke again, “Allow me to introduce myself. I am Gaiarc Ranger Yellow.” The female voice giggled darkly as she pulled out a green and dark brown mantangun, changing it to sword mode. She then quickly dashed at him and tried to slash downwards at him, though he managed to block that. He then retaliated with two quick strikes, one from the left, and the other from the upper right to lower left. She countered with a thrust, after parrying the second attack, though he spun to the side to dodge it. They continued to parry, block and dodge each others attacks, until the enemy hopped backwards and changed the weapon to gun mode. “Load, Gaiarc Soul,” she said as she loaded in a dark yellow soul and aimed it at Dr. Oliver. “Lights out,” She pulled the trigger and fired a red beam of energy that struck the kibaranger in the side and sent him flying into a nearby tree, causing him to drop to the ground and clutch his side, unable to move well. “Pathetic...I thought you would be stronger.”
“Henshin! Go-On Engine: Speedor Soul.” The determined hostage called out as he had grabbed the device and decided to use it. He slapped the belt around his waist and inserted the red soul into the top compartment. Upon closing it he donned a red suit, though not much was seen as a chest piece appeared on him that looked like the head of Speedor. A pair of wings appeared on the outer side of his legs, as well as on his arms; next the engine of Speedor appeared on his back with the exhaust pipes pointed down as armor pieces began to encase his leg, from foot to knee and his arms, from hand to elbow. As a final part of the armor, two shoulder pads that looked like the back section of Speedor appeared. His helmet appeared last and he pulled it on, it also looking like Speedor’s head, though helmet form. When the henshin sequence was over, he called out, “Mach Speed Highway Star! Speedor Form!” He posed like Go-On red would.
Gaiarc Yellow looked over and spoke in a surprised tone, “What?! I thought we got rid of the Ongers.” She growled a bit and raised the gun, firing upon the new ranger as he walked forward, but the lasers either glanced off of him, or did nothing to him on impact. “This...this can’t be!” She yelled out as she pointed at the new ranger, “Ugatz, after him!” The Ugatz did as told and rushed the new hero, beginning to surround him as best they could. One dashed forward and tried to slash at him, but the ranger kicked him into two other Ugatz and destroyed them. The next two Ugatz tried to surprise him from behind, but he turned around with a roundhouse kick, that sent them into a tree and destroyed them. The next Ugatz tried to get up close and personal with a few punches, but a one-two combo, followed by an uppercut from the ranger sent it flying into another tree, getting destroyed in the process. The fight continued until the Ugatz commander was left and he pulled out a sword, twirling it around a little.
“You guys are weak,” The new ranger spoke as he held out his hand. “Road Saber Mk. 2” Soon after, Go-On red’s Road Saber appeared in his hand, but it was slightly different. It was longer, first off, by about an extra foot. The base looked more like the midsection of Speedor when he formed Engine-O, with the handle coming from the beak, and the sword protruding out of the back. The ranger then pointed the sword at the Ugatz commander and chuckled. “Final Lap: Four-way Slasher!” He dashed towards the enemy and slashed from left to right once, and then finished off the commander with a slash from top to bottom, right down the middle on both planes. When getting to the opposite side of the Ugatz, it exploded into little pieces. “You’re next,” The ranger said as he pointed his blade towards Gaiarc Yellow and advanced quickly. During his advance, the Road Saber began to flow a burning red color, and then caught on flames. “Burning Straight!” He shot past the enemy, cutting from top left to bottom right, which the cut then exploded a bit and she dropped to the ground, clutching her sides.
“Y... you’ll pay for this...” Gaiarc Yellow groaned out as she disappeared with a few remains of the other Ugatz.
Dr. Oliver was helped up by the new ranger and they stared at each other for a few minutes, before he powered down first. “Thanks...but, its amazing you handled that much power. Was there any stress on you?”
The newer ranger powered down to reveal a 5’10” tan human, with silver spikey hair, wearing black, slightly rectangular Oakley glasses, wearing a Skull Rider t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans. “I didn’t feel anything, but the power to save these people.” He looked towards the other nine hostages, whom were now free.
“I see... you’re going to need to come with me, if you don’t mind.” Dr. Oliver spoke, and the other ranger nodded, which then he placed his hand on the other’s shoulder and they both teleported out of the park and arrived in SGS headquarters.

“You fool! You worthless fool!” Water Pollution Minister Kegalesia yelled at Gaiarc Yellow as the evil ranger had returned defeated. “And you! You said the Go-Ongers had been defeated, ojaru!” She pointed menacingly at Hiramechimedes, as her face began to turn red and steam poured from her pipes.
“Now... now... Kegalesia you need to calm down.” Air Pollution Minister Kitaneidas said as he began to turn the wheel on her head to turn the steam off. “We did defeat the Go-Ongers, zoyo. It’s been six years, and the only ones we had to put up with were the White Kibaranger, Black Abaranger and Mercury Boukonger. They must have found a new henshin device, that only this new kid could use, zoyo.” He watched a replay of the fight between Go-On Engine and the Ugatz.
“Don’t worry Kegalesia, I’m sure Hiramechimedes has a way to deal with this new Go-Onger, nari.” Earth Pollution Minister Yogostein spoke as he glanced over at the Vice-Minister, who had his hand to his chin as he stared blankly at a corner.
The lights on Hiramechimedes lit up, one at a time. First the bottom left, then the bottom right, and finally the top as he spoke, “Pok-pok-ping! I have it! We’ll just have to use the Soul Stealer on him and the two others and we’ll be rid of them for good!” He danced a little bit as he watched the screen, then saying, “Only this time...we’ll have to get rid of the Engine soul for good. If this one survived, who knows if the others did as well.” He grumbled and paced the floor, speaking again, “We just need to find the other engine souls before they do....but how?”
A mysterious voice called out, “Perhaps, we can help you.” Three figures walked into the room, one looked like a human covered in molten lava and red armor, another looked like a human whom had frozen over and slightly thawed out, and the final looked like a walking mass of red muscle with silver lines running over him, also wielding a staff that had the letter ‘Z’ at the tip.
