Constructive criticism on what exactly?

As a warning, this will likely be closed soon if you don't post an actual chapter.

The year was 2028 and the reign Space Patrol Delta (S.P.D.) had finally come to an abrupt end by Weston’s hands. Emperor Grumm, Mora and evil A Squad have been confined for what was supposed to be an eternity. But as SPD was conquered Weston himself stole certain confinement cards that if played right could be the key to his eternal victory. Fortunately the quick and speedy rebuilding of Headquarters allowed for a new reign of justice to step in two short years later, thus allowing for the commissioning of new cadets and new leadership.

(Year 2030)

General Alexander Longfellow, five star general, known as “The Pride of the American Armed Forces” took command by Presidential orders. and Officially in the fifth month of the year 2030 Lightning Force was commissioned. “The use of superhuman powers is now a thing of the past.” Longfellow announced in his first official press conference held in Madison Square Garden. The conference was open to 40 nations and over 600 people were in attendance. “These cadets are being trained in new and unknown tactics that should catch any of our unforeseen enemies by surprise. May I now present to you the ‘Squad 1 Special Weapons And Tactics Unit’, Justin Longfellow, Terri Johnson, Searria Mountain, Landon Marks and Jonathan Marks.”

At this time the General had no Idea of what was about to happen. The conference was going well until the first demonstration of the mystic powers of the newly trained cadets was about to begin. “If I may ask no film, audio or written record of what you are about to see. This demonstration is for your eyes only. The resulting electrical surge from this demo will fry any electronic equipment in use on the grounds.” He told the reporters as they shut down all equipment.

“Justin, step forward.” He commanded the Red 1 Cadet. As the cadet stepped forward the clouds separated. A loud clap of thunder was followed almost instantly by a silver bolt of lightning passing through the tiny opening in the clouds. It all happened in a matter of seconds; the lightning went through the cadet’s forehead and came out his chest, where it almost simultaneously passed through the heart of every spectator in the crowd, except one.

One man had deliberately disobeyed the order to shut down all electronic equipment on the grounds. Larson Neighbors, a Reporter for the New York Times left his tape recorder on during the demonstration. This caused the passing bolt of lightning to pass through his recorder instead of his body. “What in the world just happened here?” Larson asked himself still talking into his recorder not realizing that it had quit running. “You sir!” The general yelled off the platform. His face still writhing with the sight of hundreds of people who had just lost their lives right before him. “Security! Arrest him!” The general commanded in a tone of voice that nobody had herd out of him before. It was a tone mixed with fear, anger, hatred, and sadness.

Just then the general looked over to see Terri the Blue 1 Cadet holding the head of Justin Longfellow, his son, in her hands. The attack had used him as the initiation device for the mass slaughter. “How is he?” The general asked standing almost ten feet away from the body of his son. “He.. he’s.. dead.” Terri murmured just barely audible for the general to hear at his distance. Up until this day the general had a name used by almost all soldiers under his leadership, “The man of no emotion.” It was on this day that that name was put to rest. With the tragic loss of his son he showed very little emotion but a single lonely tear that ran down his left cheek and dripped of his chin.

“Sir, I think it is best for yours, the cadets and if you don’t mind, my security to get out of here as soon a possible.” Security Cadet Collins brought up to the general while saluting him. The cadet was obviously scared out of his mind. The thought of what he had just seen almost brought him to his knees. But he knew he had a job to do and that was to protect the general. “I do believe you’re right Cadet, let’s go.” The general told him wiping the tears off the cadet’s face.
