What is the white, plate-lookin' thing?

I thought it was a stand up plate at first but it has a curve to it...

Look at the instructions, It's for him to stand ont eh other rangers shoulders for the pyramid Blade Blaster attack.

Prop moulders/casters make copies of these, maybe they will fit onto flip head BoA figures!

They won't. The flip heads have a broader shoulder measurement and thicker necks.

ya i paid about 70.00 for him i also have the green and another red with the green ranger sheild but im not sure if i want to sell them yet but on him i was looking around what i paid aleast. but ive had some good offers but just not there yet almost though. who ever gets back to me first for 60.00 dollars shipped gets it must pay with paypal.:)
